I currently am working for a com...Greg, Great post! I currently am working for a company that is set up to self direct. I'll tell ya it has not been an easy transition. I come from a company that had leaders in positions that created focus, direction and an end goal for every project in the shop. Employees new exactly what was required of them and where they were going.
